Scott Fowle joined HireVue’s executive management team as vice president of Sales & Customer Success in 2009. In this role, Fowle leads HireVue’s global sales efforts toward high growth, interacts with clients to understand their needs, and helps them revolutionize their outdated interview processes.
Fowle has more than 25 years of sales experience in technology, software and business services, and specializes in the sales of enterprise SaaS software. Before joining HireVue, he last worked as regional vice president of Sales for SuccessFactors (NASDAQ: SFSF), a leading provider of SaaS-based employee performance and talent management solutions. While serving in various sales management positions, he was instrumental in growing a number of high profile HR technology and services companies including Taleo (NASDAQ: TLEO), CareerBuilder and The Devine Group, a leader in On Demand predictive assessments for employee selection. A dedicated sales professional, Fowle is committed to working strategically with organizations to help them hire, develop and retain the best individuals.
Fowle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Trinity International University.
