Josh Schwede

Vice President of Business Development

Josh Schwede is the Vice President of Business Development for HireVue. In this role, he leads the company’s strategic alliance program, which includes top talent management and business process outsourcing providers.

Schwede joined HireVue in 2009 and has more than 14 years of strategic alliance and sales experience in software and business services.  Previously, he served as Director of Business Development for HireRight (a division of Altegrity) over a five-year tenure.  He has also held various sales and client-focused positions at IBM, Virtual Hold Software and Centerpost. Leveraging his strong sales and channel background, Schwede focuses on building strong relationships at all levels to execute a focused alliance strategy with partners.

Schwede’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
